Glen Beache

Executive Director

Nadine Agard Juillerat

Deputy Executive Director

Nadine Agard-Juillerat is the Deputy Executive Director at Invest SVG, the investment portal for the nation, and the first point of contact for both foreign and local investors to St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Nadine is a results-driven, responsible individual with strong problem-solving, management skills and excellent soft skills. She is a multi-lingual, think-on-your-feet person, who inspires individuals and teams, always accomplishing objectives in a timely manner and with distinction.

Nadine is a strong Foreign Direct Investment professional, who has a deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry, having been employed with both AT&T Wireless and Digicel. She also has a solid understanding of various banking systems, having previously worked in both the commercial and offshore banking sectors.
When not at the office you can find her reading a great deal on just about any subject, she is a constant creative, who supports local art and culture, particularly carnival bands in the art of costume building. Nadine loves cricket and tennis and was an avid squash player until recently. She is now a passionate spectator of the sport. She also loves animals and is an inspired tech geek at heart.

Elsa Lionel

Executive Assistant

Elsa Lionel describes herself as a person with a diverse skillset. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles in marketing, customer service, banking and finance. With a degree in Business Management, she has an excellent track record of customer service, dedication, professionalism and confidentiality.

As the Executive Assistant, Elsa Lionel sets the stage for smooth operations within Invest SVG, expertly keeping top-level executives, organized, on-time and efficient.

Shanna Browne

Investment Facilitation Services Manager

With an educational background in Accounts and International Business and over 13 years experience in export development, Shanna Browne brings a wealth of knowledge to Invest SVG as its Investment Facilitation Services Manager. Her passion for the fashion industry also enables her to put creative flair into her duties - ensuring a lively work environment that our clientele delight in. 'Boldly shaping the future' is not just Invest SVG's motto, but also Shanna's personal mantra. "Success isn't just about what you accomplish in your life. It's also what you inspire others to do!"

Sianne Timm

Accounts & Human Resource Manager

Sianne Timm returned to SVG from Europe after taking a professional sabbatical to pursue her love of Art and travel. She is a member of the ACCA, a professional accounting body out of the UK.

She loves to travel and thrives on seeing her country become part of the global community; hence her move to Invest SVG was a natural fit. With over a decade of experience, Sianne believes action is a foundation to all success; and, furthermore, that success is not the key to happiness - happiness is the key to success. If you love what you're doing, you will be successful! Her theme song is 'I Lived' by One Republic.

Nikos Dougan

Financial Services and Special Projects Manager

Nikos Dougan likes to laugh a lot whenever possible. He has worked to improve access to capital in developing countries for over a decade, particularly in relation to foreign direct investment (FDI), new industry creation and service sustainability.

He is a skilled researcher and facilitator, with extensive experience of leading international and interdisciplinary teams.

Angenella Young

Marketing Officer

Angenella Young started with Invest SVG in 2004 as the Launch Coordinator, and officially became a member of staff in 2005 until present, where she now holds the position of Marketing Officer.

Angenella is a highly resourceful and reliable person and is flexible in her ability to adapt to challenges when they arise. She has an approachable, friendly yet professional personality, and a proven ability to ensure that what persons experience with Invest SVG is always a positive one. A thorough and seasoned professional.

Hazel-Ann Nero Roberts

Research/Aftercare Officer

Hazell-Ann is the Research and Information Officer at Invest SVG. She has a degree in Management Studies and over 20+ years of administrative experience in addition to training at the national, regional and international levels.

Hazell-Ann is well rounded and firmly grounded. Her contribution to propelling economic growth and development with St. Vincent and the Grenadines is countless. With an insatiable hunger for knowledge and experience, Hazell-Ann is always open to attempting new things. She is not only a true daughter of the Caribbean soil, but a genuine asset to Invest SVG.

Latisha Holder

Export Development Assistant

Latisha Holder is the glue that holds the Administrative Department together. As the first point of contact at Invest SVG, she has an eye for detail, and is a vivacious and determined individual.

Latisha has a passion for communication and creativity, and her personal motto is: "Success doesn't just come and find you. You have to go out and get it."
