Promoting Youth Micro Enterprises (PRYME) Programme Launched By Minister of Finance

Following the launch of the Promoting Youth Micro Enterprises (PRYME) Programme on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 – spearheaded by the Minister of Finance, Economic Planning, Sustainable Development and Information Technology Hon. Camillo Gonsalves – the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines is inviting Vincentian business owners between the ages of 18 – 40 years old to apply for the grant.

A fund of EC$2 million will be disbursed to successful applicants over the period of one calendar year, with each applicant being able to apply for up to $40,000. PRYME is open to persons who have new and already existing businesses – and is aimed at individuals who may not otherwise qualify for traditional methods of financing.

Application forms are available at Invest SVG (2nd Floor, Administrative Building), the Office of the Prime Minister (4th Floor, Administrative Building), Centre for Enterprise Development (Moussa Building, Grenville Street), the Department of Planning (1st Floor, Administrative Building) and the SVG Chamber of Industry and Commerce (Arnos Vale).
